Meet The Owner

Josh Budd, Founder / Owner

After graduating from Northeast Metro Tech’s carpentry program, he pursued construction management at Wentworth Institute.

He subsequently obtained his General Contracting license and Home Improvement Contractor license. Josh envisions Essex Design Build as a provider of exceptional service for homeowners looking to remodel, renovate, or build new homes.

From the initial phone call to handing you the keys to your home or remodeling project, the systems at Essex Design Build are designed to surpass your expectations throughout the entire Design/Build experience.

In his personal life, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, barbecuing, and playing the guitar.
